We had a great stay at the Fletcher Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and a very cozy bed. We slept really well during our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating to our dietary needs as my wife is Coeliac. We had informed them in advance and they provided us with a delicious gluten-free meal, including my wife's first choice dish. The breakfast assistant also promptly brought us a selection of gluten-free bread and croissants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even making us a sandwich when we arrived late at night. The overall experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The windows let in too much light, so light sleepers might be bothered.

A shower in the bathroom should be standard today. Unfortunately the room only has a bathtub with a disgusting plastic curtain.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a nearby golf course. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location, about 3km outside the city center, was perfect for me as it provided a calm neighborhood and large parking facilities. It was great to explore Friesland by bike or by car. The staff here were amazing, providing efficient, patient, and courteous service. They even went out of their way to make a sandwich for me when I arrived late at night. The room itself was comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy. a wonderful experience!

Very friendly staff makes you feel very welcome

The room was very basic. No handsoap available. Room smelled of old cigarettesmoke. No light at desk which made it difficult to work.
